Biography
BENJAMIN JONES focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and shareholder activism.
Ben received his J.D. from the University of Toronto, his MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and his B.Sc. Hons in life sciences from Queen’s University. While attending the University of Toronto, he served as research assistant to the Faculty of Law’s dean in the area of corporate governance.
