Biography

EUNICE KIM represents individuals and corporations in all stages of complex and high-stakes civil litigation and commercial arbitration matters, including motion practice, discovery, hearings and trials. Eunice’s practice also includes representation of clients in white collar criminal matters, including government investigations and enforcement actions.

Eunice received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as the development editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review. While attending law school, she also represented indigent immigrants in deportation proceedings as part of Stanford’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, including securing asylum for a Nepali refugee and her family.

Prior to working at Sidley, Eunice was an intern at the National Housing Law Project, where she worked on impact litigation matters and researched issues relating to local and state housing policy.
