Biography

VOLKER KULLMANN focuses on private equity (leveraged buy-out), M&A transactions, and corporate finance. He represented Ardian, Bridgepoint, Rivean Capital (formerly Gilde Buy Out Partners), Intermediate Capital Group, Rodenstock group, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., and many other clients in complex national and international transactions.

Representative Matters

Volker’s recent experience includes advising:

  • Apollo Funds in their minority equity investment in AUTODOC SE.
  • DYNAmore Holding GmbH on the sale of its six operational DYNAmore subsidiaries to Ansys, Inc.
  • Intermediate Capital Group, inter alia, on the acquisitions of proALPHA Group, Minimax Viking Group, nora Systems group and Prefere Resins group as well as on the sales of Loparex group, nora Systems group and Prefere Resins group.
  • Losberger De Boer Group on its financial and operative restructuring. 
  • Rodenstock GmbH, a German manufacturer of high-quality progressive lenses, on the sale of its eyewear business to De Rigo group.
