Biography

JENNIFER KUO focuses her practice on commercial litigation and financial compliance matters.

While attending the University of Chicago Law School, Jennifer served as the editor-in-chief of the Chicago Journal of International Law. Jennifer also participated in the SEC Scholars Program at the Commission’s Division of Enforcement.

Prior to law school, Jennifer worked as a management consultant in the Finance practice of a global consulting firm.


Community Involvement

Pro Bono

Prior to joining Sidley, Jennifer served as a Fellow with Everytown for Gun Safety, where she supported the Affirmative Litigation and Second Amendment teams. Jennifer maintains an active housing pro bono practice.
