JESSICA LI focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, shareholder activism, securities filings, and corporate governance.
Jessica received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Rice University. While attending the New York University School of Law, she served as an editor of the New York University Law Review and published a note exploring the effects of land reform on Taiwan's agricultural landscape.
