Biography
JENNIFER LIN focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Jenn received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a MBA in entrepreneurship and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jenn received her B.S., summa cum laude, in biochemistry from Northeastern University and a minor in business administration.
