REBECCA LIU focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, ground leasing, financing, and portfolio transactions.
Rebecca’s experience in commercial real estate includes a legal internship at a national REIT that invested in shopping malls, outlet centers, and lifestyle centers.
While attending Washington and Lee University School of Law, Rebecca served as the managing editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice.
