Biography
CARLY MCCABE focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and shareholder activism work.
Prior to joining Sidley, Carly earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics.
Carly received her B.A. in history, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
