NOAH NOONAN focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court reorganizations and workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Noah worked in healthcare.
While attending New York University School of Law, Noah served as a competitions advocacy editor for the NYU Moot Court Board.
