Biography
EMMANUEL OKOLI advises private fund sponsors and asset managers on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as related investment management matters. He also advises institutional investors in connection with investments in private funds and has experience working on cross-border matters involving clients and counterparties across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Additionally, Emmanuel has assisted on several large-scale private fundraisings and co-investment strategies.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Emmanuel is involved in a wide range of pro bono work, including representing individuals appealing Personal Independence Payment decisions and working with Not Beyond Redemption, a charity that provides free family law advice and representation to mothers in prison seeking to maintain or re-establish contact with their children.
