NATALIE ONG represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing.

Natalie has experience in acquisition financing, private credit financings, syndicated lending, refinancings, restructurings, and general banking.

Recent experience of Natalie’s work include advising:

• Advised Permira on the financing of its £2.3 billion recommended cash offer for JTC plc.
• A consortium led by PSG Equity, TA Associates, and Verdane on the refinancing of existing debt facilities of their portfolio company Hornetsecurity and the acquisition of Vade Group, a French leader in AI-powered email security.*
