CHIDIEBERE ONYEAGUCHA advises on a wide range of cross-border debt finance transactions, refinancings, and general banking matters. Her clients include private equity sponsors, corporates, investment banks, and credit funds.

- Assisted in advising the joint bookrunners and lead arrangers on Ardshinbank’s US$600 million eurobond issuance.
- Assisted in advising UpEnergy in connection with the World Bank’s clean cooking outcome bond.
- Assisted in advising the joint lead managers on JSC Bank of Georgia’s GEL 450 million note offering.
- Assisted in advising the joint lead managers on the debut AT1 US$300 million bond offering by Uzpromstroybank, the first ever AT1 transaction in Uzbekistan.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Chidi is actively involved in pro bono work across several areas, including representing individuals appealing Personal Independence Payment decisions, working with Kids in Need of Defense UK (KIND) to assist children in regularising their immigration status, and providing family law advice and representation to self-represented litigants at the Central Family Court in London.
