Biography
KATIE PERCZ focuses her practice on the representation of issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and financial institutions in a variety of finance transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Katie served as a legal intern in the International Trade Field Office of the U.S. Department of Justice, Commercial Litigation Branch. She also gained experience as a legal assistant at a Los Angeles law firm.
While attending the New York University School of Law, Katie served as a managing editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
