Biography
ANTOINETTE “NONI” PETKOV focuses her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. She represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
While attending law school, Noni was a senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review, and earned a Business Law Certificate. Additionally, she was a student assistant in the Administrative Law Judge Division of the California Public Utilities Commission.
Prior to law school, Noni worked as an analyst at Palm Tree, where she focused on financial due diligence and strategic finance services for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
