• STORY3 Capital Partners, the Los Angeles based private equity firm, on its significant minority investment in Adanola, a leading UK-based athleisure and activewear brand.
• H.I.G. Capital and PolarDC Group Limited on the structuring and first-phase financing of a multi-phase project to deliver a leading data centre designed for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications in Norway.
• Macquarie on the financing aspect of its £265 million public-to-private takeover of Premier Technical Services Group PLC.
• Intermediate Capital Group plc on the financing of its acquisition of Broadstone, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of wealth management solutions.
• A digital media company listed on the London Stock Exchange on new and existing debt facilities to fund its global buy-and-build strategy.
• A leading bank on a €30 million subscription credit facility to an asset manager for the purpose of making equity investments.
• A leading mid-market private equity firm on the financing of its acquisition of majority stake in a manufacturer of components for harsh environments, for an enterprise valuation of £105 million.
• A portfolio company of a leading mid-market private equity firm on its refinancing and simultaneous merger with the Canadian navigation solutions provider Marine Press.
