HORACE QIAO focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate and board governance, and shareholder activism.
While attending Northwestern School of Law, Horace served as an editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
