DAN RUSSO focuses his practice on representing underwriters, issuers, asset managers, and investors in transactions involving broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), including CLO warehouses, as well as refinancings, resets, and other restructurings of CLOs.
Prior to joining Sidley, Dan worked at another global law firm in the securitization practice of its international capital markets group. He was also a judicial intern for The Honorable Steven L. Tiscione of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
While attending Cornell Law School, Dan served pro bono clients in the Asylum and Convention Against Torture Appellate Clinic.
