
Biography
RYAN SANGUIGNI focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.S. from the United States Military Academy. During law school, he served as a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review and Vice President of the Student Veterans Association.
Prior to joining Sidley, Ryan served as a judicial intern for Judge C. Lynwood Smith, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Prior to law school, Ryan served in the United States Army as a field artillery officer.
