JOSEPH SCHRETZMANN advises banks and other financial institutions in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, GP facilities, and management fee facilities for asset managers across many industry verticals.
While attending Notre Dame Law School, Joseph served as a staff editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.
