Biography
JP SHAW focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity, with a particular emphasis on structured products.
Prior to joining Sidley, JP interned in the legal department of a large investment company and was a program paralegal for the corporate practice group at another global law firm.
While attending New York University School of Law, JP was managing editor of development for the Journal of Law and Liberty.
