Natan F. Skinner

NATAN SKINNER focuses his practice on secured lending, acquisition financing, and other leveraged finance transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, banks, and other financial institutions in a variety of complex financings.

Natan earned his J.D. from The University of Sydney Law School. Prior to law school, Natan graduated from The University of Melbourne with a B.A. in politics and international studies.
