Biography
SAGAR SRITHARAN focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, platform investments, and other strategic transactions for private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and public and private companies. He has particular experience in the sports, media, and entertainment industries.
Most recently, Sagar served as general counsel of Major League Cricket, an emerging professional sports league in the United States. In that role, he advised on a broad range of sports, media, commercial, and corporate matters, including strategic transactions, media and commercial arrangements, and fundraising initiatives.
