MO SUKSAISAKULSAKDI advises on a variety of cross-border debt and leveraged finance transactions, refinancing, and other general banking matters for clients, including private equity sponsors, corporates, and investment banks.

Before joining Sidley, Mo was an associate in the finance practice of another international law firm in London, where she gained experience in corporate and investment grade lending, debt capital markets, and acquisition finance.
