
Biography
WILSON THOMAS III focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and corporate governance transactions. He advises corporate and financial institution clients on a variety of transactional and corporate matters.
While attending Cornell Law School, Wilson served as vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, treasurer of the Black Law Students Association, and a student ambassador. In 2024, he received the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” in corporate law and capital markets regulation.
Wilson participated in a foreign exchange program at Waseda Law School in Tokyo, Japan, where he focused his studies on international business and commercial law. He earned his B.B.A. in finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
