Biography
DEMETRIUS WATSON focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions.
Demetrius received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2021, where he served as an editor of the Virginia Tax Review and a B.A. from the University of Iowa in 2017, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
