Panayiotis Xenakis

PANAYIOTIS XENAKIS focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court reorganizations and workouts, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Panos served as an editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.

Panos is fluent in Greek.
