Sidley Advises Bain Capital on the Establishment of an Insurance-Focused Joint Venture

Sidley advised Bain Capital Insurance on its joint venture with Canada Life Irish Holding Company Limited, an insurance and financial services company, and JDC Group, a financial services provider. The new joint venture, Summitas Group, will be a trusted partner for owner-operated, high-performance insurance brokers in Germany and Austria.
