Sidley represented venture capital and investment management firm Heritage Advisors, a global investor led by His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Jassim Al Thani of Qatar, in its add-on investment in Fort Partners, a privately held Miami-based real estate and hospitality firm that develops and manages design-led hotels, resorts, and private residences in prime locations in the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe, including the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Miami (Brickell), the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences (Fort Lauderdale), the Four Seasons Resort (Palm Beach), Four Seasons Hotel (Vatican City), and Norman’s Cay, Exumas (Bahamas).
