Sidley represented We Evolvetogether LLC, a high-performing daily essentials brand with an emphasis on sustainable living, in its seed round funding led by True Beauty Ventures, with participation from G9 Ventures and Gregg Renfrew, the founder of Beautycounter.

The Sidley team was led by Emily Zipperstein (M&A and Private Equity), and included Jake Funk (M&A and Private Equity); Shaika Ahmed and David Chriki (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); and Idan Nester and Alvin Wang (Tax).
