Sidley Represents Agents in Kimco Realty Corporation’s US$500 Million “At-The-Market” Equity Program

Sidley represented the agents and certain of their respective affiliates in connection with the establishment of Kimco Realty Corporation’s US$500 million “at-the-market” equity program, which includes a forward component, after Kimco’s January 2023 UPREIT reorganization.
The deal team was led by Ed Petrosky, Bart Sheehan, and Prabhat Mehta, and included Kostian Ciko, Patricia Wood, Jessica Li, and Gabriella Tang.
