Sidley Represents Atlantic Power & Utilities in Sale of EF Oxnard to Hull Street Energy

Sidley represented Atlantic Power & Utilities in entering into a definitive agreement with Hull Street Energy for the sale of 100% of the equity interest in EF Oxnard, LLC (EF Oxnard), a project company that owns a nominal 48 MW simple cycle, gas-fired project located in Oxnard, California. The sale is anticipated to close later this year upon receipt of regulatory approvals.
