Sidley Represents Stonepeak in Preferred Equity Investment in Logistec

Sidley represented Stonepeak, a global infrastructure investment firm, in a preferred equity investment as part of a take-private of Logistec Corporation, a publicly traded North American logistics company, by Blue Wolf, a private equity fund.

The Sidley team was led by partner Tim Chandler, with special assistance from senior managing associate Jeff Kinney and associates Jack Messer and Kevin Hess (all Energy and Infrastructure).
