DANIEL ALLISON’s practice focuses on debt financings, including sponsor-backed acquisition financings, oil and gas securitizations, and other complex commercial finance structures and bespoke financing transactions. Daniel focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions, including representations on matters involving traditional or renewable energy financing projects. Daniel has extensive experience in oil and gas securitizations, having worked on many of the initial such transactions and developed the first multi-tranche oil and gas securitization.
Daniel has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors in acquisition financings in traditional energy transactions, renewable energy transactions, infrastructure – both greenfield and brownfield projects, consumer goods transactions, and manufacturing and software platforms. He has extensive experience with term loan A, term loan B, revolvers, bridge to high yield and multi-tranche financings for such acquisitions. In connection with such representation, Daniel has also worked on facility expansions and accordions with committed financing for add-on transactions.
Daniel also regularly represents corporate clients on both investment-grade and leveraged finance matters, in a variety of industries and sectors, including extensive experience in infrastructure, consumer goods, oil and gas production, and midstream companies.
Daniel also represents lenders and hedge providers opposite sponsors in acquisition financings and focuses on lender representation for bespoke financing transactions, holdco financings, and other highly structured financings for emerging companies.
