Sidley is representing BHMS Investments, LP, and Inszone Insurance Services, LLC, a full-service insurance brokerage firm, in Inszone’s strategic partnership with private equity firm Lightyear Capital LLC. BHMS Investments, LP is Inszone’s current investor; together, Lightyear’s and BMHS’s investments into Inszone will allow the company to accelerate its next phase of growth.
