Sidley Represents Athene Holding in US$600 Million Investment Grade Notes Offering

Sidley represented the issuer, Athene Holding Ltd., in its issuance of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior unsecured notes due 2034. The underwriters were represented by Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The Sidley team was led by Capital Markets partners Sam Gandhi and Robert Ryan, and included Patricia Wood, Jessica Li, Dženela Bečić, and Benjamin Jones (Capital Markets); and Tracy Williams, Oliver Currall, Peter Edgerton, Joseph Paral, Andrew Dibden, and Wondha Cadet (Tax).
