Sidley represented TIDI Products, a portfolio company of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, an operating-oriented private equity firm focused on the healthcare industry, in its sale to middle-market private equity firm, TJC, L.P. TIDI Products is a manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of a diversified portfolio of medical products focused on supporting caregivers and protecting patients.
The Sidley team was led by Seth H. Katz (Private Equity) and included Chris Abbinante, David Meehan, Travis R. Miller, Lisa Holzman, and Taylor B. Shuman (M&A and Private Equity); Vadim M.
