Sidley represented TIDI Products, a portfolio company of RoundTable Healthcare Partners, an operating-oriented private equity firm focused on the healthcare industry, in its sale to middle-market private equity firm, TJC, L.P. TIDI Products is a manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of a diversified portfolio of medical products focused on supporting caregivers and protecting patients.
