Sidley represented Wells Fargo Securities, LLC; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; Mizuho Securities USA LLC; Truist Securities, Inc.; and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. as representatives of the underwriters in the offering and sale of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Notes of Mid-America Apartments, L.P., due 2034.
