Sidley Represents IGT in Its Approximately US$6.2 Billion Business Combination of Its Global Gaming Business With Everi

Sidley is representing International Game Technology PLC (NYSE: IGT) in the spinoff of its Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses, which will immediately be combined with Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVRI) in a deal valued at approximately US$6.2 billion. After closing, Everi will change its name to International Game Technology, Inc.
