Sidley Represents Clippers G League Team in Relocating to the Frontwave Arena as the San Diego Clippers

Sidley represented the Los Angeles Clippers G League team in relocating to the Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California. The currently named Ontario Clippers will complete the 2023-24 G League season in Ontario, California, before relocating to Oceanside and starting play as the San Diego Clippers for the 2024-25 season. This transaction marks the return of the Clippers organization to the San Diego area, where the NBA team played from 1978-1984.
The Sidley team was led by Entertainment, Sports and Media partner and co-chair Irwin Raij, and Real Estate and Hospitality partner Keith Hayden Del Prete. Additional support was provided by Dylan Sherwyn and Alyssa Levy (M&A and Private Equity/Entertainment, Sports and Media) and Jonathan Koh (Real Estate).
