Sidley Represents Aon in the Sale of Healthy Paws to Chubb

Sidley represented Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a global professional services firm, in the sale of Healthy Paws to Chubb. Healthy Paws is a U.S.-based managing general agent specializing in pet insurance.
The Sidley team was led by M&A and Private Equity partners Gary Gerstman and Ian Helmuth, along with Thomas Johnson and Jahanzeb Jahania (M&A and Private Equity).
