Sidley Represents Thompson Street Capital Partners in Its Investment in National Arbitration & Mediation

Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in its growth investment in National Arbitration & Mediation, a provider of alternative dispute resolution services, case management software, and continuing legal education. Thompson Street’s investment is aimed at helping the provider expand geographically and provide innovative tech-enabled service offerings.
