Sidley represented global consulting firm J.S. Held LLC in its acquisition of Luttrell Wegis LLP. Following the acquisition, approximately 40 professionals from Luttrell Wegis joined J.S. Held, expanding the firm’s offering of forensic accounting and business valuation services for family law clients.
