Sidley Represents Arya in Its US$8.5 Million Series A Financing

Sidley represented Arya, a couples wellness platform, in its US$8.5 million Series A funding, bringing the total to US$16 million. The investment was led by Ibex Investors with participation from three previous investors, Play Ventures, Patron Fund, and BigBets.vc.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and included Graeme Waller and Daniel Wei (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital); Rachelle Soderstrom (Technology and Life Science Transactions); Ernesto R. Claeyssen (Commercial Litigation and Disputes); and Ash Nagdev (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
