Sidley represented Orion Resource Partners, a leading global investment firm specializing in the metals and materials critical to sustainable economic growth and energy transition, on its US$80 million preferred equity investment in New Wave G.P., a global Brazilian technology holding company dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the mining and metallurgical industries.
The Sidley team was led by Tim Chandler (Private Equity) and included Eduardo Marquez Certucha, Chanse J. Barnes, Ayo Adaranijo, and Stephen A. Neilson (Energy and Infrastructure).
