Sidley represented Orion Resource Partners, a leading global investment firm specializing in the metals and materials critical to sustainable economic growth and energy transition, on its US$80 million preferred equity investment in New Wave G.P., a global Brazilian technology holding company dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the mining and metallurgical industries.
