Sidley Represents Aeris in Its Investment from TA Associates

Sidley represented Aeris, a leading Software as a Service-based Internet of Things (IoT) provider, in its strategic investment from private equity firm TA Associates. The investment will support Aeris’s continued efforts to deliver advanced, secure IoT solutions to its clients.

The Sidley team was led by Jess Day and Chris Abbinante (M&A and Private Equity), and included Emily Olivera, Anthony Caneris, and Nick DeAngelis (M&A and Private Equity); Vadim Brusser (Antitrust); Nic Frey (Employee Benefits); and Rachel Kleinberg and Jonathan Westreich (Tax).
