Sidley Represents lululemon in Proxy Contest Resolution With Founder
Sidley represents lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) in its proxy contest resolution with the company’s founder, Dennis J. “Chip” Wilson. A link to the press release is here.
