Sidley Represents Nourish in US$100 Million Series C Financing

Sidley represented Nourish, the country’s largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, in its US$100 million Series C financing. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
The financing brings Nourish’s total funding to US$215 million. Nourish plans to use the proceeds to grow its clinical network, accelerate investment in AI agents for patients and providers, expand its metabolic clinic care model, and deepen partnerships with health plans, employers, and health systems.
The Sidley team was led by S. Scott Parel and Nick DeAngelis (M&A and Private Equity), Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and Jon S. Zucker (Healthcare) and included Lauren G. Grau (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions); Tara M. Lancaster (Tax); Margaret H. Allen (Labor, Employment and Immigration); and Lauren Kitces and Sheri Porath Rockwell (Privacy and Cybersecurity).
