Sidley Represents Vegamour in Its Acquisition by Belle Brands

Sidley represented Vegamour, a premium hair wellness brand offering serums, supplements, and other products designed to support hair and scalp health, in its acquisition by Belle Brands, LLC (Belle Brands), a beauty platform formed by private investment firm Windsong Global. Vegamour joins Belle Brands’ growing portfolio, which includes JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty, and Versed. The transaction is expected to support continued investment in Vegamour’s products, retail relationships, and growth.
